Masters Gala Raffle
SWSC will be hosting a Masters Gala Raffle this weekend 17th February to raise money for the club.
The main prize:
- An IRFU rugby ball signed by this years Irish Rugby Team courtesy of Vodafone.
- Many other prizes including a €50 Swim Kit voucher.

As the proud winner of this magnificent prize I wish to heartily thank Sunday’s Well Swimming Club but more than this a big thank you for a magnificent experience participating in your Masters Gala. I drove from Drogheda to Cork representing Cathal Brugha Swimming and Water Polo Club and by the time I arrived at the Gus Healy Pool I was exhausted and confused so much so that it was unsafe for me to drive any further so I slept in my jeep on Friday night parked in the Pool car park it was wet and cold and miserable, however I awoke revived and I had the good fortune to win five gold medals and set two new provincial records (Ulster) in the 50m br and the 200m br shaving 39.98 seconds off the latter so who’s the happy chappie? A very special thank you to Margot and Denis. Next time I’ll go by train:
