SWSC Swimmers Shine at the 2019 Irish Summer Nationals

Well done to all our swimmers at the  #ISN19 last week. There was medals and PBs glore for SWSC swimmers showing all the hard work and dedication put in over the past year.

Thank you to all the coaches for a fantastic year of training and for getting the best out of everyone over the 5 days.

Thank you to all parents and volunteers and cheerleaders who supported our swimmers throughout the entire competition.

SWSC won a total of 11 individual medals and 2 relay medals,

• Lauren Farr: Gold 100 Back, Gold 200 Back, Gold 200 Free, Silver 400 Free and Bronze 200 I.M.
• Ellen Lee: Gold 100 fly, Silver 200 Free and Bronze 50 Free
• Paul Higgins: Gold 100 Fly, Bronze 50 Free
• Andrew Feenan: Silver 200 Breaststroke

The girls relay team of Laoise Deasy, Lauren Farr, Rachel Farr and Ellen Lee won bronze in both the 4×200 Free relay and the 4×100 Free relay.
